Can I book a real storage unit today?
Not yet. This is our private pilot: the prices, stock and location are illustrative. You can save and cancel a pilot booking to try the journey, but it does not reserve physical storage or create a rental agreement.
How much does storage cost?
Sample monthly prices are £95 for 10 ft, £145 for 20 ft and £245 for 40 ft. The quote shows your estimated total for your selected duration. Prices assume VAT is included; actual pricing, VAT treatment, insurance, deposits and any other charges will be confirmed before launch.
Which size should I choose?
Use our size guide for examples. Capacity depends on the dimensions of your items and how you pack them. Leave space to reach anything you will need. Container sizes are nominal external dimensions; usable internal space is smaller.
How will payments work?
The pilot includes a connection point for Stripe-hosted monthly payments. Real payments are disabled. Once Stripe test credentials are connected, you can try a simulated monthly subscription. Test billing starts immediately and does not follow the illustrative move-in date.
Will I need an app or access code?
Not for this pilot. App-based identity checks and personal access codes are planned for a later phase. You will not receive a gate code or access to a site from a pilot booking.
Will this send an enquiry email?
No. Quotes appear instantly on the website and pilot bookings are saved to My storage. There is no enquiry form, mailing list or marketing email sign-up.
